Every CKH copper range hood is handcrafted to order using 16-gauge copper. You can choose the dimensions, finish, and decorative details to suit your kitchen.

Custom Dimensions: Specify the width, height, and depth based on your range, cabinetry, and ceiling height.

Copper Finishes: Choose from natural, antique, oil-rubbed bronze, and other available copper finishes. Smooth and hammered textures are also available.

Custom Design Details: Select straps, rivets, crown molding, or a pot rail to suit your preferred design.

CAD Drawings Before Production: Review and approve the hood dimensions and design details before manufacturing begins.

Ventilation Options: Choose from compatible internal, remote, or ductless systems, or order a hood cover designed for your own insert.

Ventilation Options

CKH copper range hoods can be made for different ventilation setups. The right option depends on your kitchen layout, ductwork, and cooking needs.

Internal Blower: Installed inside the hood for a straightforward ducted ventilation setup.

Remote Blower: Installed separately from the hood, helping reduce motor noise in the kitchen. Additional ductwork and installation planning may be required.

Ductless System: Recirculates filtered air back into the kitchen when outside venting is not available. Compatibility depends on the hood size and selected insert.

Hood Cover Only: Already have a ventilation insert? Send us the brand, model number, and specifications so we can build the copper hood cover to fit.

Every CKH copper range hood is made to order. Production begins after you review and approve the final CAD drawing.

Estimated Production Time: 28–35 days after final drawing approval.

Estimated Standard Shipping Time: 35–40 days after production is completed.

Estimated Total Lead Time: Approximately 63–75 days after final drawing approval.

Copper Range Hood Care

CKH copper range hoods are typically finished with a protective coating to help preserve their color. Regular cleaning is simple, but it's important to avoid products that could damage the finish.

Cleaning the Copper Surface

• Wipe with a soft cloth, warm water, and mild dish soap.
• Dry the surface with a clean soft cloth after cleaning.
• Avoid vinegar, lemon juice, ammonia, abrasive cleaners, and metal polish.
• Do not use steel wool or rough cleaning pads.

Hammered and Specialty Finishes

For hammered copper, use a soft cloth to clean around the textured areas. Avoid scrubbing or polishing the surface.

If you ordered an unsealed or specialty copper finish, contact us for care instructions specific to that finish.

Filters and Ventilation

Clean grease filters regularly according to your ventilation system's instructions. Check whether the filters are dishwasher-safe before washing them in the dishwasher.
