Note: Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery and applies to residential use only.
2. What's Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper maintenance, including:
- Structural Integrity: Issues with the frame, body, or mounting that affect function or safety.
- Finish Quality: Peeling, cracking,or discoloration not caused by environmental exposure or misuse.

Mechanical Components: Motor or ventilation system defects that impair performance.
3. What's Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:

Improper Installation: Damage due to unstable mounting,incorrect ductwork, or
unprofessional setup. - Misuse or Neglect: Including harsh chemical cleaners, physical abuse, or use outside of intended purpose.
- Normal Wear & Tear: Minor scratches, blemishes from everyday use.
- Environmental Factors: Damage from extreme temperatures, high humidity, or corrosive conditions (e.g., coastal salt air).
- Third-Party Modifications: Unauthorized repairs or alterations not performed by CKH or approved technicians.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a warranty-eligible issue:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email info@customkitchenhood.com within the warranty period. Provide:
- Order number and delivery date
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Description of the problem (e.g.,“Motor not functioning,""Finish peeling on side panel")
Step 2: Evaluation
Our support team will assess your claim and may request additional information (e.g., installation photos or maintenance history).
Step 3: Resolution
If approved, we will provide one of the following solutions:
Repair: We may guide you through basic fixes or arrange professional service.
Replacement: For major defects, we’ll provide replacement parts or a new unit (shipping charges may apply for non-defective parts).
