We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States (except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico and other remote areas). If your ordering address is outside of the United States, please contact our customer service at info@customkitchenhood.com for a quote. Our free shipping partners include FedEx, UPS, and other LTL carriers.
If you would like to receive your product more quickly, we offer expedited shipping, but please note that expedited shipping will incur additional charges. The cost will be calculated based on the volume of the item you order and the shipping address.
How long will it take to receive the products I ordered?
We will process your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.
Shipping times vary for customized products (including range hoods, sinks, bathtubs) and non-customized products (fans, color samples, accessory kits, etc.).

Domestic Shipping (Mainland U.S.)
Production Time: All custom orders are made to order. Please allow 28-35 days for production before shipping.
Free Standard Shipping (35-40 days): Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders to mainland U.S.addresses.
Lead Time: 63-75 days after receiving signed drawing.
Delivery is unavailable for remote locations (Hawaii,Alaska,Puerto Rico,etc.)
Tax-Free: We offer tax-free shipping for orders within the United States.
Order Processing
Design Approval & Production: Please note that the production timeline begins only after the final approval of your design drawings.
Packaging
Our customized products are carefully packaged before shipping. For outer packaging, we use durable and sustainable wood. Our crate materials are tested and guaranteed to withstand the enormous weight load. On the inside, to further protect your customized products, we use high-quality cushioning foam to minimize damage during shipping, ensure you will receive the products.
Our Supply Chain & Shipping Process
All our premium range hoods are meticulously handcrafted in our partner manufacturing facility in China. Once production is complete, orders are shipped directly and forwarded through our US-based warehouse to ensure safe delivery to your door.
