Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States (except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico and other remote areas). If your ordering address is outside of the United States, please contact our customer service at info@customkitchenhood.com for a quote.

Our free shipping partners include FedEx, UPS, and other LTL carriers.

If you would like to receive your product more quickly, we offer expedited shipping, but please note that expedited shipping will incur additional charges. The cost will be calculated based on the volume of the item you order and the shipping address.

How long will it take to receive the products I ordered?

We will process your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.
Shipping times vary for customized products (including range hoods, sinks, bathtubs) and non-customized products (fans, color samples, accessory kits, etc.).

Domestic Shipping (Mainland U.S.)

  • Production Time: All custom orders are made to order. Please allow approximately 30 days for production before shipping.
  • Free Standard Shipping (about 35-40 days): Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on most orders to mainland U.S.addresses.
  • Expedited shipping (about 8-10 business days): Need your order sooner? Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. For a custom shipping quote based on the dimensions of your hood and delivery address, please contact us at info@customkitchenhood.com

Remote Areas (Hawaii,Alaska,Puerto Rico, Canada, etc.)

Remote Area Surcharges: Additional shipping fees apply for deliveries to remote locations such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and similar regions. Please contact us at info@customkitchenhood.com with your order details for a personalized shipping quote. Charges vary based on custom order size and delivery address.

International Shipping

  • Worldwide Delivery Available: We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes will vary depending on your location and will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover international customs fees.

Order Processing

Design Approval & Production: Please note that the production timeline begins only after the final approval of your design drawings.

Packaging

Our customized products are carefully packaged before shipping. For outer packaging, we use durable and sustainable wood. Our crate materials are tested and guaranteed to withstand the enormous weight load. On the inside, to further protect your customized products, we use high-quality cushioning foam to minimize damage during shipping, ensure you will receive the perfect products.
