1.What is the ordering process?
We will process your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.
2.Do you support deposit?

3.Can I cancel my order?
We accept order cancellation within 48 hours upon your order placed. After the 48-hour window, the order will not be eligible for cancellation as each of our product is made to order. Once the drawing is confirmed, the order will start the production and not allow to cancel. All our custom products are non-refundable once production has started, as customized items cannot be resold. If cancellation is necessary due to special circumstances, you need to pay 15% restocking fee. Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the shipping process.

Production Time:All custom orders are made to order. Please allow 28-35 days for production before shipping.
Free Standard Shipping(about 35-40 days):Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders to mainland U.S. addresses.
2.Is shipping included in the price?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States via standard shipping, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

1.Do you do custom range hood options?
Sure, Custom Design is available on all products at CKH. Please send us your special requests, and we will quote for you.
2.I found a range hood design I like, can you make it?
Please submit our Custom Design Request Form to get started.
3.Will my range hood change colors (Patinate) over time?
Usually, the surface of our products will be sealed, the color won't change over time. If you need the unsealed finish, please email us at Contact Us.
4.Can you customize a range hood to fit my hood insert?
Yes, you can select "Hood Only" to place the order, and then send us the specification sheet, we will check and provide the drawing for your approval.
5.What ventilation systems do you offer?
Range hoods are available in three main types: Internal Motor, Remote Blower, and Ductless Conversion. Each offers distinct advantages depending on your cooking habits, kitchen layout, and noise tolerance.

Copper Range Hood Maintenance Information
Always wear soft cotton gloves during cleaning.
Use a mild dish soap mixed with warm water.
Never use acidic cleaners as they can dissolve the lacquer and cause discoloration.
Dry thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth immediately after cleaning.
Stainless Steel Range Hood Maintenance Information
Clean with a soft microfiber cloth dampened in warm, soapy water.
Avoid abrasive sponges, steel wool, or harsh chemicals to prevent scratches on the surface.
Dry immediately with a lint-free cloth to eliminate water spots, especially in hard water areas.
For extra shine, apply a stainless steel cleaner monthly, buffing gently with a dry cloth .
Brass Range Hood Maintenance Information
Clean with a solution of mild detergent and warm water, using a soft.
Wear gloves to avoid fingerprints and oils.
Avoid abrasive polishes or scouring pads.
After wiping with soapy water, buff dry with a lint-free cloth.
Zinc Range Hood Maintenance Information
Use a soft cloth dampened with warm, soapy water for regular cleaning.
Never use acidic substances or abrasive cleaners, as they can etch the lacquer and discolor zinc.
Dry instantly with a clean cloth to prevent water spots and corrosion.
Apply a thin layer of non-abrasive metal wax every 4–6 weeks to protect the lacquer.
