Orders canceled within 24 calendar hours from the time of placement will be 100% refunded. After the 24 calendar hour window, cancellations will incur a minimum 10% administration fee without exception.

Please note that after 48 calendar hours, all sales are considered final, and orders will not be eligible for cancellation.

  • How long can I receive my order?

Production Time: All custom orders are made to order. Please allow approximately 30 days for production before shipping.
